Fixed Rotary Tiller is a secondary tillage tool used in preparing seed-beds, stubble-ploughing in especially fields, vineyards and gardens. It is driven by the cardan shaft, power take-off drive of the tractor.It is also multi-purposed and long-lasting environment-friendly machine that helps with the increase of the humus content of the soil by incorporating the plant residues and organic fertilizer in the soil and it does not make it a necessity to fight with chemical weeds.The fact that the motion coming from the power-take-off shaft is transferred to the blades through the gear system makes saving on power and fuel in proportion to the chain system.The milling cutter blades shreds, mixes and crumbles the soil by operating vertically on the surface of the soil. It provides the water-air balance of the soil by making it loose. Shaft has a safety device (clutch), that protects the machine and the tractor in case of stone or grass roots compaction.

Special ripper legs of the machine are scraping tractor wheel track by shattering the soil. By this way, the formation of the most suitable soil texture for the plant's root development and plant nutrition is provided by the machine.

Cage Roller

The cage roller ensures the depth guidance of rotary tiller. It provides a loose and open seed bed for the following sowing or planting operation.
